This helps out the end-user, Sage and Orion in a couple of ways:
- First, this helps us provide a higher level of support because we get notification of the activity of your account with Sage. For example, Sage will send us your upgrades to install or send us notification of your upgrades being shipped (depending on how you are set up with Sage), so that we know what level you are on and/or what level you have just received.
- Second, this enables Orion to communicate directly with Sage regarding and open cases and/or issues that you may be experiencing with Sage. Support cases that you log directly with Sage will be communicated to an Orion support person.
